Description of Services

ESP Solutions is a virtual staffing agency that provides businesses and nonprofit organizations with dedicated Virtual Assistants (VAs) for remote support. Our services include administrative assistance, customer support, project management, digital marketing, e-commerce support, and back-office operations. We match clients with qualified VAs based on their specific needs and manage the onboarding and coordination process to ensure seamless and reliable service delivery. All work is performed remotely and billed on a subscription basis.

Pricing, Currency & Payments

All services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are billed on a post-paid subscription basis—clients are invoiced at the beginning of each month for services rendered in the previous month. Full pricing details are available upon request or during client onboarding.

Fulfillment Policy

All services are rendered remotely. Upon onboarding, clients are matched with a qualified VA based on their needs. Service delivery includes:

  • Client intake and needs assessment

  • Matching with a qualified VA

  • Kick-off call and onboarding setup

  • Ongoing support and performance monitoring

Delivery begins within 3–5 business days of completing onboarding. Services are delivered virtually based on the subscribed hours and agreed scope of work.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for hours already worked or services rendered. Returns are not applicable. If there is a service issue, clients may contact us at info@espsolutions.biz to request account management support or possible reassignment.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 7 calendar days before the next billing cycle. Late cancellations may result in billing for the upcoming period due to advance scheduling.

Promotions and Incentives

We occasionally offer:

  • Referral Discount: $200 off for part-time referrals and $360 for full-time referrals after the first billing cycle.

  • Promotional Offers: May include free onboarding, bonus hours, or limited-time rate reductions. Terms will be clearly communicated, may require a minimum commitment, and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Minimum Commitment Terms: Certain promotions may require a 3-month commitment; early termination may void the promotional benefit.

Legal and Export Compliance

ESP Solutions complies with all applicable U.S. and international laws, including export controls and sanctions. We do not provide services to individuals or entities located in or associated with restricted countries or on government-prohibited party lists.

Data Privacy and Security

Our Site uses HTTPS encryption to protect data transmission. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant processor. We do not store payment details and monitor activity to prevent fraud. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services in the 90 days preceding the claim.
